iLusmart app

In het kader van de mobiele iLusmart App, ook toegankelijk via een webversie, verzamelt iLumen de volgende persoonsgegevens:- Naam en achternaam- Mailadres- E-mailadres- Telefoonnummer. Deze gegevens worden enerzijds gebruikt om het profiel van de gebruiker te koppelen aan zijn digitale energiemeter en/of eventuele iLumen producten in back-up omgeving Solarlogs. Anderzijds draagt de aanwezigheid van deze gegevens bij tot een vlotte opvolging door iLumen in het kader van eventuele storingen.Daarnaast verwerkt de iLusmart applicatie afname- en injectiegegevens van de digitale energiemeter nadat de gebruiker iLumen expliciet toestemming verleent om deze gegevens in de iLusmart applicatie te visualiseren door middel van het goedkeuren van een mandaat in de ‘Mijn Fluvius’ omgeving van netbeheerder Fluvius. De persoonsgegevens en gegevens met betrekking tot afname en injectie die door iLumen worden verwerkt in het kader van de iLusmart App kunnen (ook voor commerciële doeleinden) worden meegedeeld aan de opdrachtgevers die een beroep doen op iLumen voor de installatie en het onderhoud van PV-installaties (installaties).Gebruikers die hun persoonsgegevens en/of gegevens met betrekking tot afname en injectie die door iLumen worden verwerkt tijdelijk of definitief wensen te laten verwijderen, kunnen dit verzoek indienen bij iLumen door een e-mail te sturen naar ilusmart@ilumen.be. Inactive profiles are automatically deleted after 4 years.
